Mandaline products are guaranteed for 30 days. If you wish to return a product or get a refund you must notify us by email to ateliermandaline@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. Custom orders may not be returned. Custom orders include doll repairs, personalized items, and made-to-order products. Courses and community access if included for free with a purchase will be revoked if the order is refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on physical items.
Shipping times are noted on the listing. Most items will be delivered within 14 business days. If you order a print-on-demand item such as a book from Amazon, artwork, t-shirts, etc delivery may take slightly longer.
